What you will do
- Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure for model training, deployment, and serving across batch and real-time use cases.
- Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines for processing, feature engineering, and training data generation.
- Optimize compute and model serving for low-latency, high-throughput, and cost-efficient inference.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for ML systems, contributing to robust MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with ML scientists to streamline the workflow from model development to production via optimized tooling and APIs.
- Mentor junior engineers and research new technologies to improve ML infrastructure and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Proven experience deploying models to production or managing large-scale training data pipelines.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scalable data systems (Spark, Kafka).
- Must be based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
