Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML): designing and delivering advanced AI/ML solutions to address complex security challenges using Google Cloud Platform with an accent on anomaly detection, agentic AI, and large language models. What you will do

• Lead build, development, and deployment of advanced ML/AI models for security use cases.
• Develop anomaly detection systems across structured and unstructured data.
• Architect agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning and decision-making in security.
• Leverage LLMs to build contextual intelligence for detection, triage, and response workflows.
• Build and operationalize data pipelines using GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
• Deploy and manage ML models with GCP tools, ensuring scalability and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineering, security, product, and analytics teams on data-driven solutions.
• Drive experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation of new AI techniques; mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Graduate-level education (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
• Substantial background in data science or machine learning.
• Strong expertise in anomaly detection (statistical, ML-based, deep learning).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with agentic or autonomous AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid GCP experience (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Cloud Storage).
• Understanding of data pipelines, distributed systems, and MLOps in cloud-native environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in threat/fraud detection or behavioural analytics.
• Familiarity with GCP-native security tools and integrations.
• Experience integrating AI into production with real-time constraints.
