What you will do

• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Primary Concerns Documents (PCDs) within eQMS systems.
• Translate product concepts and consumer use conditions into comprehensive mechanical, physical, and chemical test plans.
• Ensure product compliance with global safety regulations including ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71, and ISO.
• Conduct investigations into product failures and manufacturing defects using root cause analysis tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone.
• Partner with internal and third-party labs to execute product validation and review technical reports.
• Perform risk management activities, such as FMEA, to identify and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering, product development, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of global toy safety standards (ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71, ISO).
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and risk management tools.
• Must be located in El Segundo, California.
