What you will do

  • Oversee IT support operations, including the service desk and end-user support, ensuring responsive service delivery.
  • Define and drive the IT and enterprise software strategy aligned with business goals, scalability, and security.
  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise software, from optimization and implementation to retirement.
  • Lead vendor contract negotiations and performance oversight to align with cost and risk expectations.
  • Establish governance frameworks for evaluating and approving new tools to optimize the tech stack.
  • Lead portfolio planning and prioritize large-scale IT and software initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or enterprise software, with 5+ years in strategic or operational leadership roles.
  • Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
  • Proven track record of leading IT support and large-scale enterprise software initiatives.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry, such as medical devices or health tech.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements including SOC2, HIPAA, and SOX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
