What you will do

• Serve as the embedded technical point of contact for healthcare customers, translating ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
• Design and deploy AI systems, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop real-time conversational AI systems for live clinical environments.
• Build data pipelines using Python and SQL, integrating HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, and X12.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from initial design to production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI research, and clinical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data integration.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with AI/ML systems in production.
• Willingness to be deployed on-site at customer locations for extended periods.
• Must be able to work on-site five days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Epic or Cerner electronic health records.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Voice AI.
• Cloud and DevOps knowledge.
