What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the CCTV estate, including analogue/IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, storage, and networks.
• Define and drive the product vision for CCTV governance, security hardening, and modernization.
• Standardize and automate camera provisioning, configuration, and firmware upgrades across the estate.
• Operate monitoring and alerting systems for recording services, storage capacity, and network throughput.
• Perform root cause analysis for recording gaps, latency, dropped streams, or device failures.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance alignment with CSOC and central security processes.

Requirements

• Must have experience supporting large enterprise environments with over 5000 CCTV devices.
• Proven experience designing scalable and resilient video surveillance platforms.
• Strong expertise in VMS/NVR architectures, video storage, retention, and failover.
• Deep on-prem network knowledge, including VLANs, PoE, bandwidth planning, and multicast/unicast.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the camera, network, VMS, and storage layers.
• Experience managing suppliers for CCTV and integrated footfall solutions.
