What you will do

• Provide first-line support to UK users and assist wider European IT team, resolving queries efficiently.
• Create and maintain documentation for solutions, procedures, and workarounds to standardize support.
• Offer hands-on support for desktop, mobile systems in Apple and Lenovo environments, plus AV and video conferencing equipment.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, provision devices via MDM platforms, and handle asset management.
• Collaborate with Global Service Desk, participate in IT projects like hardware refreshes and office setups, coordinate with vendors.

Requirements

• Strong ownership, accountability, self-motivation to manage tasks independently.
• End-user IT support across macOS, Windows, Linux; helpdesk experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management with MDM tools like Microsoft Intune or Kandji.
• Clear communication and collaboration in distributed international team across locations and time zones.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN networking for troubleshooting and escalation.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware installation, configuration, integration.
• Scripting and API management skills.
• CCNA or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM platforms.
