What you will do

• Develop budgets and ensure financial KPIs, invoicing, and revenue projections for projects.
• Create project timelines, manage critical paths using MS Project, and input into timeline strategies.
• Execute day-to-day project activities including risk identification, issue resolution, and collaboration with functional leads.
• Drive customer satisfaction, manage key accounts, and develop growth plans targeting 10% annual revenue increase.
• Participate in RFIs/RFPs, capabilities meetings, and bid defenses.
• Facilitate meetings, ensure objectives are met, and adhere to standards like ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years in project coordination or management
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, advanced Excel: Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
• Hands-on experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP
• Basic understanding of CROs, clinical data terminology, and drug development process
