What you will do

  • Own and exceed a $1M Year-1 quota by landing lighthouse logos in the entertainment and hospitality sectors.
  • Manage full-cycle deals from prospecting to closing six-figure SaaS and revenue-share contracts.
  • Develop the GTM playbook, defining ICP and refining MEDDICC qualification motions.
  • Orchestrate channel and partner co-sell opportunities to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Act as a Voice-of-Customer conduit to translate prospect feedback into product features and roadmap priorities.
  • Drive thought leadership and evangelism at tech events and through the publication of case studies.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in sports-tech, ticketing, hospitality, or gaming.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding seven-figure quotas (≥120% to quota for 2 of the last 3 years).
  • Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
  • Deep expertise in unit economics, ROI, and financial modeling to build compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working within regulated industries, with an understanding of gaming, data privacy, and payment compliance (e.g., UKGC).
  • Ability to source at least 70% of the sales pipeline through outbound strategies and partner co-selling.

Nice to have

  • Founder or General Management (GM) experience with P&L ownership.
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch (0→1) in early-stage startup environments.
