Looking for a BDM / Sales Manager to join a recruitment agency specializing in iGaming, FinTech, Web3, AI & Payments.

We're looking for a specialist with B2B sales experience, a strong understanding of the relevant markets, and a ready network of employer contacts.

What we expect:
— Location: anywhere (Remote) / Cyprus office
— 2+ years in B2B sales or HR/recruitment
— Existing client base in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Web3, or Payments — must have
— Understanding of the relevant markets and hiring landscape
— Ability to independently generate leads and handle initial negotiations
— Willingness to attend industry conferences and actively develop partnerships

What we offer:
— Base + % on every closed deal (details at interview)
— Full remote
— Travel expenses covered for international conferences (SIGMA, TOKEN2049, etc.)
