What you will do

• Schedule complex candidate interviews for the Americas-based Talent Acquisition team.
• Prepare and issue candidate offer letters using ATS and electronic document systems.
• Onboard new hires via the human capital management system and track pre-hire tasks.
• Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple countries and time zones.
• Host and present the new hire orientation on a weekly basis.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or recruiting support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Apps and HRIS/ATS (Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud experience is an asset).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tactical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar field preferred.
