What you will do

• Manage full life cycle of recruiting for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective strategies
• Source candidates via online channels like Indeed and professional networks
• Assess candidates using Applicant Tracking System
• Plan and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection procedures
• Build relationships with hiring managers and manage candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including full life cycle process
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume databases, and job boards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
