• Scale self-service SaaS funnel by optimizing website lead flow and top-of-funnel conversions.
• Unify product analytics, billing, and CRM for seamless trial-to-expansion journeys across hardware and subscriptions.
• Deploy API and AI-assisted automations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks.
• Make architectural decisions impacting global teams with high autonomy.

Requirements

• Expertise in CRM architecture, data modeling, SQL, and APIs for building scalable integrations.
• Experience navigating and refactoring legacy GTM stacks toward clean target states.
• Ability to translate business problems from Sales/Marketing into technical workflows.
• Pragmatic builder mindset: ship solutions without waiting for engineering support.
