What you will do

• Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize and manage the team’s work backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Create clear product delivery plans and requirements in close collaboration with technical teams.
• Drive the implementation and execution of the product roadmap.
• Gather insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management for scalable SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in product management and development life cycles.
• Experience applying AI to deliver value to customers.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong ability to facilitate discovery, solutioning, and alignment discussions.

• Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic product visions.
