Field Implementation Consultant

TL;DR

Field Implementation Consultant (Hospitality POS): Provide on-site service and technical assistance for Point of Sale products in restaurants, hotels, and bars with an accent on project management, implementations, and customer training. Location: Based in Manchester, UK; ability to travel to customer sites across regions required, flexible availability for evenings and weekends

What you will do

• Project manage rollouts of multiple locations across regions
• Provide insights and support for Strategic/Enterprise customers
• Travel to customer locations for implementation and technical support
• Plan and organize training sessions for business owners, management, and staff
• Guide customers through setup, implementations, and integrations; follow up with key customers
• Install and troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points
• Document customer installations, network details, and on-site services
• Communicate with development team on customer and product issues
• Represent Lightspeed as company ambassador for new and existing customers

Requirements

• Passion for technology
• Technical or hardware installation/support experience
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel to customer sites (area defined in advance)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-educated; manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer service
