What you will do

• Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and other channels for housing management platforms.
• Monitor system dashboards and security alerts, taking prompt action to maintain reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and complex technical problems using internal guides.
• Assist with application roll-outs, updates, and configuration change projects.
• Apply release scripts and perform testing to validate configuration changes.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and procedural documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with NEC Housing systems from a technical perspective.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Strong background in Customer Service and expertise in resolving Housing System errors.
• Hands-on experience with housing management software configuration.
• Ability to provide out-of-hours support when required for service continuity.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL.
