What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the hirify.global Enterprise portfolio integrations.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to improve product workflows and embed generative AI into features.
• Act as the primary liaison between the hirify.global Enterprise and hirify.global CX Lines of Business.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, interaction designs, and launch plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical teams and executives.
• Location: Ability to work from Atlanta, GA or Sandy, UT.
