What you will do

• Perform sample analysis, collection, preparation, and assembly.
• Execute data entry of test results and maintain accurate records.
• Operate manual and automatic laboratory equipment.
• Process incoming and outgoing samples.
• Respond to quality-related inquiries from customers and internal staff.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in basic algebra and geometry for technical calculations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and quality control software.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
• Must be able to work on-site in Northbrook, Illinois.
