What you will do

• Lead the product cybersecurity roadmap, including resource planning and organizational maturity enhancement.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modeling for specific products and projects.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to ensure technical solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity conversations with customers to ensure project objectives are successfully met.
• Review the decomposition of cybersecurity requirements and collaborate with functional safety teams.
• Support the quoting process by analyzing requirements and providing effort estimates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Novi, MI, US.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded cybersecurity, preferably within the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development using C, C++, and AUTOSAR.
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity industry standards, specifically UNECE WP.29 and SAE J21434.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO26262 standards.
• Proficiency with Jira, Polarion, or Azure tools.
