What you will do

• Oversee nursing department operations, including assessing patient dosing appropriateness and maintaining care quality.
• Administer methadone as prescribed and maintain accurate dosing records per state, federal, and DEA standards.
• Manage medication inventory and perform monthly and bi-annual DEA reconciliations.
• Supervise, train, and conduct performance evaluations for nursing and medical assistant staff.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, hospitals, and other community healthcare providers.
• Develop department schedules and manage timekeeping and time-off requests.

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and opioid dependence.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, and teaching skills.
• Strong mathematical, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Westminster, CO.
