What you will do

• Test AI-based conversational products.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance processes to ensure standards are followed.
• Provide data quality awareness across multiple teams.
• Evaluate and identify enhancements needed for model accuracy.
• Prepare detailed testing feedback to improve AI models.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering high-quality products and learning new technologies.
• Experience in manual and automation testing, test planning, cases preparation, and execution.
• Experience in API testing and scripting languages like Java/Python.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field with 4-6 years relevant experience.
• Understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment; self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL) and load testing (JMeter).
