What you will do

• Define and validate test scenarios, managing risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Apply exploratory, regression, integration, and non-functional testing techniques.
• Prioritize and maintain automated test coverage for critical flows and shared services.
• Analyze defects to identify root causes and communicate impacts to Product and Engineering.
• Lead quality planning for large, cross-team initiatives from early design stages.
• Define and monitor quality metrics for complex systems to ensure risk visibility.

Requirements

• Experience as a quality reference across multiple teams in complex initiatives.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of Java or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG.
• Must be based in Brazil

Nice to have

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman.
