What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize marketing mix models (MMM), attribution models, and other econometric or causal models.
• Implement machine learning models for time-series forecasting and supply-chain optimization.
• Contribute maintainable, object-oriented Python code to production data pipelines and products.
• Create interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights to executives.
• Architect cloud data platform components on GCP to enable scalable analytics and modeling solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of production issues and design KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles.
• Hands-on production experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• Proven experience building statistical/ML models using marketing or media data (e.g., paid media, customer journeys).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for end-to-end data ingestion and insight generation.
• Deep understanding of causal inference, time-series analysis, and econometric techniques.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in big data environments (Spark, Hive, Impala) and pipeline software (Airflow, Luigi, Prefect).
• Experience with cloud architecture across AWS or Azure in addition to GCP.
• Ability to develop front-end and back-end web applications (React, Vue, AngularJS, REST/GraphQL).
• Contributions to open-source software libraries.
• Experience leading and managing technical machine learning projects.
