What you will do

• Analyze enterprise business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Design AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize business operations.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and NLP models, including GPT-based text generation and contextual search.
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Azure.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Experience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable AI architecture mappings.
• Must be based in Colombia
