What you will do

• Partner with the AI Technical Product Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across AI initiatives.
• Analyze datasets to assess the potential functional and business impact of proposed features.
• Define success metrics and measure post-implementation performance to evaluate AI feature impact.
• Provide actionable insights to inform product roadmaps, prioritization, and ROI.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to identify machine learning opportunities using proprietary datasets.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing and hypothesis testing, to validate effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and product teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics, including KPI definition and funnel analysis.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI/ML teams or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and identifying ML use cases.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in ROI modelling or business case development.
