Salary: $100,600 – $199,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end features for Copilot and Bing across the full technology stack.
• Build modern C#-based service layers and high-performance distributed systems.
• Create responsive user interfaces using server-side and client-side frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and develop design documents.
• Implement prompt engineering to enhance AI-powered search results.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system monitoring and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Must be based in the US and reside within commuting distance of the Redmond office.
• Experience with C# and .NET development for backend services.
• Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience with native mobile application development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), or prompt engineering.
