What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of an LLM-based platform using Python/Node.js and React.
• Translate business vision into scalable technical requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Architect systems for high speed, reliability, and real-time data processing.
• Design robust authentication and authorization frameworks using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Establish engineering best practices and lead rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of technical growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey
• 4+ years of professional software development experience leading complex full-stack projects.
• Proficiency in React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and scalable state management.
• Experience with Python or Node.js and designing microservices architectures.
• Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning.
• Professional experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or RAG workflows.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS (DynamoDB, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CDK.
