What you will do

• Define and evolve the QA strategy and technical roadmap for the mobile app ecosystem.
• Lead and coordinate QA activities across projects, serving as a reference point for other QA engineers.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices and continuous learning.
• Implement detailed test plans and define acceptance criteria for various scenarios.
• Develop automation tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure product reliability.
• Evaluate and introduce AI-powered testing solutions to improve overall efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role with ownership of testing strategies and processes.
• Expertise in delivering test frameworks, manual testing, and automation tools.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Android Studio, Xcode, Espresso, Appium, XCUI, Postman, Firebase, and SQL/Oracle.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in or able to work from Gland, Switzerland.
