What you will do
- Lead user research to identify behaviors, needs, motivations, and accessibility requirements across diverse user groups.
- Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences for both digital and offline interactions.
- Develop wireframes, visual designs, interaction models, and annotated prototypes to communicate design intent.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure design solutions are effectively delivered.
- Define and maintain UX/UI design standards and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–6 years of experience designing UX/UI for web, mobile, or software applications.
- Experience working in clinical, regulated, or similar industry environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in research, interaction design, and usability evaluation.
- Proficiency in Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members in a global environment.
