What you will do

• Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect prototypes using Figma.
• Present and advocate design solutions to client stakeholders based on research and objectives.
• Conduct user research including interviews and usability testing focused on healthcare users.
• Collaborate daily with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure feasible and aligned designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, constraints, and input while maintaining design systems.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform design strategy.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in user-centered design, interaction/visual design, and design thinking.
• 2+ years professional design experience including cross-platform interfaces with Figma and agile team collaboration.
• Proven full design lifecycle experience from research and wireframing to mockups and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another complex, regulated industry.
• Previous experience in a design consulting or agency environment.
