Salary: $190,000 - $275,000 USD

What you will do

• Own all aspects of PR & Communications across consumer, industry, policy, investor, and internal channels.
• Develop and evolve a cohesive narrative framework to shape industry perception.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and product marketing to differentiate the brand for fans.
• Position executives as industry thought leaders in the live events and technology space.
• Scale communication efforts by balancing in-house teams, external agencies, and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with the executive team as a strategic stakeholder for high-impact moments.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in PR & Communications, with specific expertise in corporate comms, policy, or investor relations.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring internal teams and external consultants.
• Experience driving results for growth companies targeting B2B and consumer audiences.
• Strong experience with IPO, investor, and board-facing communications.
• Experience working in complex industries with significant competition or regulatory challenges.
• Must be based in the United States.
