What you will do

• Translate business vision into detailed technical requirements and feature specifications including acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Design end-to-end system workflows, including multi-party interactions and money-movement logic.
• Model system integrations and data flows between internal and external services.
• Collaborate with engineers on API design and integration-related decisions.
• Maintain structured, version-controlled documentation in Confluence.
• Identify logic gaps, risk areas, and compliance concerns early in the design phase.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Strong experience in fintech (payments, lending, underwriting, or financial systems).
• Hands-on experience with API analysis (REST) and ability to read Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Proficiency in creating BPMN, UML, Sequence, and State diagrams.
• English: B2+ level minimum.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
