What you will do

• Lead quality and test transformation using shift-left and automation-first strategies across delivery teams.
• Define and govern test automation strategies for Web UI, API, and end-to-end regression.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Manage and mentor large, multi-disciplinary onshore and offshore QA and automation teams.
• Establish test governance, KPIs, and quality gates using JIRA and Xray for reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial models to improve quality and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading test transformation and managing large QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, WebDriver-based frameworks, and BDD (Cucumber).
• Expertise in integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with JIRA and Xray for quality insights and dashboarding.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass pre-employment checks (identity, nationality, criminal record).
• Ability to influence and challenge senior engineering and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-assisted or low-code intelligent test automation solutions.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as eazyBI.
• Background in consulting-led or enterprise transformation environments.
• Technical understanding of cloud-based platforms, microservices, and distributed systems.
