What you will do

• Implement Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing practices to provide early quality feedback and monitor production health.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and ETL data validation tests.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and/or TypeScript for web, API, and AI-driven applications.
• Validate AI/LLM features, including prompt accuracy, consistency, and agentic workflows.
• Perform backend verification using SQL queries and analyze logs/metrics for root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

• Thai nationality and based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in SQL and automation languages (Python and/or TypeScript).
• Experience with automation tools like Playwright or Robot Framework and performance tools like JMeter or K6.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI system validation, and agentic workflows.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
