TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and nurturing engagement and retention of national enterprise clients within the multifamily technology sector with an accent on customer retention and product adoption. Focus on establishing trust-based relationships, monitoring customer health indicators, and collaborating cross-functionally to prevent churn.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Base + Variable

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with national enterprise clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive product adoption and maximize value through education and collaborative onboarding plans.
  • Monitor customer health indicators and execute success plans to proactively prevent churn.
  • Conduct quarterly client success reports to ensure goals are met and products are optimized.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and share insights with product teams to shape the roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (no visa sponsorship).
  • 7+ years of experience in the multifamily industry or as a CSM at a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management with Enterprise Clients.
  • Expertise with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Claude, Slack, G-Suite, and QuotaPath.
