Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and nurturing engagement and retention of national enterprise clients within the multifamily technology sector with an accent on customer retention and product adoption. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US)
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Base + Variable

What you will do
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with national enterprise clients as the primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption and maximize value through education and collaborative onboarding plans.
- Monitor customer health indicators and execute success plans to proactively prevent churn.
- Conduct quarterly client success reports to ensure goals are met and products are optimized.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and share insights with product teams to shape the roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (no visa sponsorship).
- 7+ years of experience in the multifamily industry or as a CSM at a SaaS company.
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management with Enterprise Clients.
- Expertise with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Experience with Claude, Slack, G-Suite, and QuotaPath.
