What you will do

• Build and implement regional digital marketing strategies to drive app installs, product usage, and brand awareness.
• Manage paid user acquisition through Apple App Store, Google universal campaigns, and third-party ad networks.
• Develop and lead organic marketing strategies, with a primary focus on App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal YouVersion teams to develop campaign assets and maximize inbound marketing opportunities.
• Analyze performance trends and ROI to optimize budget allocation and report insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Edmond, OK (On-site)
• 1-3 years of related work experience in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and guiding others.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• High School Diploma or GED.
