What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions involving both hardware and software.
• Provide expert configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting for Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Design and govern Ansible Playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning and RHEL builds.
• Manage and optimize databases including IBM DB2 and PostgreSQL, as well as OpenLDAP and Red Hat IDM.
• Drive cloud solution design, migration strategy, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and serve as the senior escalation point for mission-critical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in systems or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in software engineering principles, system architecture, and professional coding/debugging.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, and KSH.
• Experience with SAN Storage (NetApp, Lenovo) and LAN networking architecture.
• Ability to travel 10% to 15%.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as RHCE, RHCA, AWS/Azure/GCP Professional-level, or VMware VCP/VCAP.
