Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for policyholders regarding policies, billing, cancellations, and coverage.
- Manage multi-channel customer communications via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Process policy updates and endorsements across multiple carrier systems.
- Coordinate with third-party lenders and mortgage companies to fulfill policy requirements.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professional problem-solving and empathy.
- Support non-licensed team members and sales agents with complex service requests.
Requirements
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license.
- 1+ year of experience in a brokerage or insurance agency environment, including call center experience.
- Proven experience servicing insurance policies (endorsements, billing, cancellations).
- Proficiency with tools such as EZLynx, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for de-escalating distressed customers.
- Must be legally authorized to live and work full-time in one of the specified US states.
