What you will do

• Own end-to-end feature releases, including soft launches, feature flag management, and rollout coordination.
• Establish and run the product team's operating rhythm, including cycle planning and retrospectives.
• Track and analyze feature adoption using Mixpanel to provide instant visibility for PMs.
• Manage complex cross-organizational releases and document scalable playbooks.
• Synthesize support tickets and feature requests into proactive insights for the product team.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly become a product expert and handle core workflow questions independently.
• Systems thinking approach to building scalable processes rather than one-off solutions.
• Strong judgment in defining success criteria and deciding on feature readiness for full release.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate communications, help articles, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across product, sales, ops, and marketing.
• Strong bias toward documentation and knowledge sharing.
