Salary: $108,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and release plans for artist projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and management teams regarding all marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage quarterly and annual project marketing budget requests.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of visual elements for product packaging and marketing.
• Collaborate with A&R and other departments to identify commercial applications for assets and lead productization efforts.
• Coordinate internal departments and external personnel to ensure the success of artist releases and maintain detailed project reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in label or distribution, with a focus on Product Management and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of DSP trends and the emerging streaming business (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish using established frameworks.
• Must have US work authorization without needing employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional business experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
