Location: Sonderborg, Denmark. Must be able to obtain security clearance (requires minimum 7 years residency within NATO/EU).

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve shared platform capabilities supporting TactiCall ICS, TactiCall VCS, and TactiGuardXD.
• Define and implement golden-paths for delivery, deployment, security, and observability.
• Develop in platform domains including container runtimes, CI/CD, endpoint management, PKI, and IAM.
• Transform recurring engineering needs into reusable, maintainable platform solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, security, infrastructure, and service delivery teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or backend engineering.
• Strong Linux skills and experience with automation, deployment tooling, and system integration.
• Solid scripting or software development skills in at least one relevant language.
• Experience designing shared technical capabilities used by multiple teams.
• Ability to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service (min. 7 years residency in NATO/EU).

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, security-sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience working across product teams and internal platform consumers.
• Danish language skills.
