Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) - requires office attendance 3 times per week

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Manage container orchestration via Kubernetes and optimize Docker usage.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for rapid and reliable deployment.
• Implement logging, alerting, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Ensure high availability and robust disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with software engineers to align development with operational best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Senior Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Solid grasp of networking, system administration, and cloud security practices.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
