What you will do
- Define consistent product operating rhythms across all product families.
- Establish visibility and consistency for product roadmaps and OKRs across global teams.
- Develop AI enablement roadmaps and guide AI adoption throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Design and execute structured, evidence-based investment decision frameworks.
- Lead quarterly and bi-annual portfolio reviews with business line leaders to guide prioritization.
- Track key product metrics including time-to-market, impact, usage, and portfolio-level ROI.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building or improving portfolio management processes in complex organizations.
- Strong data-driven approach with experience defining insights and building dashboards.
- Ability to influence effectively within a complex, matrixed global organization.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., LLM-assisted research, AI-powered prototyping) in a product context.
- Strong financial literacy, including business cases, ROI modelling, and scenario analysis.
