Senior Product Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands (1 day per week work from home allowed)

What you will do

• Own product domains end-to-end, from identifying customer pain points to translating strategic opportunities into impactful features.
• Develop and maintain actionable product roadmaps based on market trends and customer insights.
• Lead and provide clear direction to dedicated engineering teams to drive successful delivery of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and other PMs across software, data, and hardware tracks.
• Align stakeholders across the organization, ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
• Mentor and support the growth of other Product Managers by leading by example.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within complex product environments.
• Strong technical understanding of product architecture, scalability, and modularity.
• Ability to synthesize market trends and business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience working with Agile practices and iterative improvement.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in AI-supported product development.
