TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands (1 day per week work from home allowed)

What you will do
- Own product domains end-to-end, from identifying customer pain points to translating strategic opportunities into impactful features.
- Develop and maintain actionable product roadmaps based on market trends and customer insights.
- Lead and provide clear direction to dedicated engineering teams to drive successful delivery of initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and other PMs across software, data, and hardware tracks.
- Align stakeholders across the organization, ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
- Mentor and support the growth of other Product Managers by leading by example.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within complex product environments.
- Strong technical understanding of product architecture, scalability, and modularity.
- Ability to synthesize market trends and business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Experience working with Agile practices and iterative improvement.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in AI-supported product development.
