Salary: $62,400 – $84,400 CAD

What you will do

• Perform data transformations and imports from various sources (primarily CSV and SQL) into hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Manage multiple client migration cases simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Develop and document processes for data transformation, extraction, and training.
• Contribute to customer-facing knowledge base articles.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, IfError, complex formulas, and pattern recognition).
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for creative problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and deep empathy for customer needs.
• Must be based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
• Experience working with API-driven applications.
• Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
