What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes in ongoing projects
• Create reports and technical specifications for additional software functionality
• Interact with customers to clarify requirements and project specifics
• Collaborate closely with software development team
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of product functionality

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as Business Analyst
• Solid background deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP in client environments
• Upper-Intermediate English for client communication and workshops
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and business requirements
• Teamwork, time management, and prioritization skills

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or as contractor/integrator
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, TPM solutions
• Understanding of retail distribution and marketing
