What you will do
- Onboard and train admins on 's product, workflows, and best practices via remote and occasional onsite sessions.
- Manage end-to-end admin support for a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, resolving complex requests and investigating issues.
- Handle sensitive operational conversations regarding affiliations, payroll management, invoicing, and billing.
- Identify recurring pain points to design and scale new guidelines, playbooks, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, and Product Specialists to remove blockers and improve the product.
Requirements
- Excellent structured written and oral communication in both Dutch and English.
- Must be located in Belgium.
- Previous experience in B2B customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, teaching, or communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure problems and identify solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the Belgian healthcare system.
- Experience in sales-facing roles (e.g., Account Executive).
