What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing, finding and maintaining key external relationships through expert negotiation.
• Manage comprehensive bid processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Structure and negotiate vendor agreements to ensure quality, service, and cost alignment.
• Develop data dashboards and reports using analytics to aid executive decision-making.
• Partner with business units to create scalable contractual agreements across product teams.
• Train and mentor sourcing staff on the application of analytics to procurement opportunities.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in category sourcing.
• Proven experience in quantitative analysis and financial/price modeling for decision-making.
• Experience with the rollout and training of procurement applications or vendor databases.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with services-based contracts in creative game development.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Airtable.
