What you will do

• Design and implement secure, efficient backend APIs using TypeScript.
• Manage and migrate cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
• Implement robust security measures and protect data following OWASP standards.
• Integrate AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT into the development workflow to accelerate delivery.
• Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to help the team grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
• Proven experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with authentication (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SNS, SQS).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Must be based in Belgium.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
