What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve the API and UX surface of the Pipeline framework for car and robot interconnectivity.
• Analyze developer feedback to identify and resolve friction points in the pipeline framework to increase productivity.
• Steer the development of the pipeline engine to deliver required external APIs.
• Research and optimize how non-developer users interact with the Pipeline system.
• Refactor existing APIs and associated user code to keep long-term maintenance costs reasonable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set project goals and deadlines over multi-month horizons.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in designing clean, efficient APIs using C++ and Python.
• Experience developing Python bindings for C++ using pybind11.
• Familiarity with build systems such as Make, CMake, or Bazel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
